Build strength gently with bodyweight movements, resistance bands, and hand-held weights in this 40 minute class. Move with the breath in a slow, controlled way to help facilitate proper form and the mind- muscle connection. This helps to prevent injuries and makes the exercises more effective. Bring a mat if you are comfortable getting on the floor. Chairs are provided to those who need them. This class is adaptable to all levels. Class recordings are available for 30 days if you can’t make the live class in-person or via zoom.
