Please schedule your appointment with me for Nutrition, Yoga Therapy, Private Yoga classes, or personal training. Done virtually via zoom or in person at an office in Guilderland. A phone call can be an option for nutrition sessions. 

Initial appointment includes intake and assessment. This initial session takes about 75 minutes to complete. The 2 follow-up appointments are 45 minutes each. After initial intake is completed this package can be used for 4x 45 minute follow-up sessions.
