​Tuesday 9:30am-10:15am Yoga for Better Balance 5 week class series- Yoga Therapy Program in-person with a virtual option

​

This 5 week series will be done using the support of a chair for seated and standing movements. All yoga is helpful for improving balance, but this class focuses on balance training.



Friday 10:35am- 11:35am Chair Yoga live and recorded virtual class via zoom

Yoga done with the support of a chair. Seated and standing postures will help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing. Breathing and relaxation practices will help reduce stress, increase vitality, and promote mental clarity. Wonderful for beginners or anyone who wants to practice yoga without getting on the floor.​
Equipment recommended: sturdy chair without wheels, yoga mat, and yoga strap/belt or towel. Sign up in the store.

​Thursday 10am-11am Yoga For All Levels in-person with virtual option

In this all levels class, mindfully move with breath and awareness. Focusing on alignment, building strength, balance, and flexibility as you de-stress from your day. Equipment recommended: yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap/belt or towel, and 1 or 2 yoga blocks

Friday 10am-10:30am Cardio Mix
​live and recorded virtual class via zoom

Approximately 30 minutes of a mix of low impact cardio and strength exercises. Class can include dance, kickboxing, aerobics, lower and upper body strength, balance, speed, agility, and walking drills. Equipment recommended: free weights/cans of soup/water bottles to use for upper body strength exercises, resistance bands, and a sturdy chair or a wall is recommended for support. Sign up in the store.
